Job Description
The Frazier Company, one of Omaha's leading "family-owned" heating, air-conditioning, and plumbing companies for over 96 years is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to fill an HVAC customer support specialist position within our service department. This position provides direct support to our service manager. This individuals’ primary responsibilities would be the following:
1) Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to various jobs using a computer dispatching system.
2) Prioritize and manage service requests efficiently and timely.
3) Adeptly use multi-line telephone systems, mobile phones, GPS system, and other communication methods.
4) Process service invoices and customer information and input the pertinent information into our computer system.
5) Track field technicians daily time worked and verify with their time sheets.
6) Work up invoices for all commercial customers so that billing can be processed.
7) Account for all incoming service invoices and verify proper payment was received.
8) Communicate with customers, technicians, and managers to ensure clear and effective communication and resolution of issues.
Requirements for this position are the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years’ experience with customer service, dispatching, or coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work set schedule in a small office setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computer systems.
