Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop administrative mortgage staff
- Be available to field questions
- Cover absences and process loans when needed
- Work closely with the VP of Credit Administration and Mortgage Lenders to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage process from start to finish
- Help develop and write procedures and job descriptions
Requirements
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- 5+ years of mortgage processing or similar experience
- Possesses excellent time management & organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented
Preferred
Supervisory Experience
Experience with Encompass
Working directly with FNMA
Experience with generating disclosures, balancing CDs, generating Closing Docs, Investor Reporting, & Loan Delivery
